I listened to the audiobook. The narrator did the males’ voice horribly.

Confusing, disjointed, repetitive, contradictory, and aside from sex, nothing much happens until the very end.  I feel like this book missed a round of editing and proofreading.  Very disappointing.  Still curious about the next books in the series.

This was such a good book and it had me hooked from the very beginning. I liked that she went to Riorden to ask him for help even though she didn't remember him. I really enjoyed this book, recommend it, and was glad that I was able to review it.

When you read a Lora Leigh book, you can pretty much guarantee that you are going to get plenty of hot, steamy romance. That is exactly what I got with this book. Riordan and Amara could not keep their hands off each other. They were so drawn to one another. You could really feel the heat radiating off the pages of this book. Which, if this was just a romance book then I would be fine with all of the sex but the book felt like it wanted to be a romantic suspense. In this case, then I wanted to have more to grab onto than just "sex".

The rest of the storyline was weaker. Although, it did try to make up and focus some more on the plot during the latter half of the book. At this point I was kind of over the whole book. If, the balance between the romance and suspense had been better, my thoughts would have gone higher on this book.

It was SO freaking confusing!! It jumped right into the action, I'm assuming from a previous book. because, damn! I trudged through but it kept getting more convoluted and confusing. The hero just seemed like a douche to me and the heroine, not much better. I'll pass on the rest. Thanks.

Amara has no memory of the last year but her dreams have lead her to Riordan. She may not remember him now but she knows he's the only person that can save her life. Riordan remembers every moment, every look, every touch he's shared with Amara. He had no idea she lost her memory and did not remember him but now that she's in his world again he's not going to let her go. Amara knows that finding her memories will help find who kidnapped her but a secret she buried deep may be too much for her to handle. Can the trust she's building with Riordan help her carry the demons she's ready to face? Or will the danger that is still hunting her cost them both an even higher price? Really enjoyable, sexy read. Even though it was the first in a new series there are still a number of callbacks to earlier books from Ms. Leigh. But they are all filled with action, suspense, and couples that you want to spend time with. Good read!

This book was much better than some of Leigh's others. And while it is the first in a new series, reading at least the first in the Elite Ops series is a good idea. The plot/mystery was decent and a lot less convoluted than normal for Leigh which I appreciated. I usually spend half the book wondering if I missed something.

Lora Leigh has done it again. She can suck you in from the beginning and keep you questioning what's going to happen next. Amara is the protected daughter of a somewhat shady businessman. But when she is kidnapped her entire world changes. She has no memory of the year prior to her kidnapping, which includes meeting and falling for Riordan. They both have healing to do and then it's time to get back what he's lost. Cause Riordan isn't the kind of man to walk away from the best thing that's happened to him. And finding out who was behind Amara's kidnapping and helping her get her lost memories are his to priority.

Collision Point is a bodyguard romantic suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat. There are twists and turns you don’t see coming. I totally enjoyed.
