This book creeped me out so much. Honesty this book was so shocking and creepy. The twists in this were crazy! This book will keep you on edge on whether the culprit is paranormal, an actual person or both. Of course I had my suspects but I was truly shocked by the motive for why there were missing tenants. Definitely will be reading Riley Sager other books.

No visitors. No nights spent away from the apartment. No disturbing the other residents, all of whom are rich or famous or both. These are the only rules for Jules Larsen's new job as an apartment sitter at the Bartholomew, one of Manhattan's most high-profile and mysterious buildings.

As she gets to know the residents, Jules finds herself drawn to fellow apartment sitter Ingrid. When Ingrid confides that the Bartholomew is not what it seems and the dark history hidden beneath its gleaming facade is starting to frighten her, Jules brushes it off —until the next day, when Ingrid disappears.

I was really disappointed in this book. I was sure of the final outcome within the first 10 minutes of listening to the audiobook. For me,
Spoiler the questions asked during the interview
were a dead giveaway as to what was really going on.

Despite this, I thought the book was really entertaining. It was fast paced, the residents were interesting & I liked knowing so much about Jules past.

If you like a good thriller, with a luxurious setting, this book just might be a great fit for your next read!

First book for the reading rush... DONE!!!

This book was amazing! It had almost everything i want from a mystery/thriller novel.
It had a creepy atmosphere and the writing was surreal, it wasn't exactly poetic but there was just something about it.
I'm totally gonna read more of Riley Sager's works.
