Lock Every Door by Riley Sager

3.0

No visitors. No nights spent away from the apartment. No disturbing the other residents, all of whom are rich or famous or both. These are the only rules for Jules Larsen's new job as an apartment sitter at the Bartholomew, one of Manhattan's most high-profile and mysterious buildings.

As she gets to know the residents, Jules finds herself drawn to fellow apartment sitter Ingrid. When Ingrid confides that the Bartholomew is not what it seems and the dark history hidden beneath its gleaming facade is starting to frighten her, Jules brushes it off —until the next day, when Ingrid disappears.

I was really disappointed in this book. I was sure of the final outcome within the first 10 minutes of listening to the audiobook. For me,
Spoiler the questions asked during the interview
were a dead giveaway as to what was really going on.

Despite this, I thought the book was really entertaining. It was fast paced, the residents were interesting & I liked knowing so much about Jules past.

If you like a good thriller, with a luxurious setting, this book just might be a great fit for your next read!
