Just like the first book in the series, this was a sweet and cute read, but it wasn’t anything special.
Something about these books just does not manage to hit deep, but luckily they do succeed in giving me butterflies from time to time.

Jameson’s general shyness and constant rambling was all very endearing, and I definitely loved Will’s complete acceptance and utter adoration of him. They were honestly really good together, and I liked them as a couple.

There wasn’t any real drama between them, which was maybe slightly boring, but it did show how well they worked in a relationship. Of course there were still insecurities and problems along the way, and we also stuck with the whole “this is just a fling” thing for quite some time, but it was always obvious they were going to choose each other in the end and that they were really happy with that decision.

This is a super easy and light read with some adorable characters and a very sweet romance, but does not offer much more than that.

It might be awkward love but it was a GREAT story!

I loved diving back into the Stumbling into Love series and this book was a great addition!! Jameson was a lovable nerd - who also happened to be a virgin - and Will was a hot af bad boy who ends up in Jameson's college class ... oh and Will's new boss is Jameson's dad *cue forbidden romance*
This was a fabulous story about finding love, deciding one's priorities in life and learning when it's best to keep secrets or when you should let them free... I also loved seeing Shaw and Elijah again!! And I'm looking forward to (hopefully) a third book with some secondary characters who need a turn to shine!

Better than the first one, but still a bit twee and easy. Confirmed bachelors fall in love in a blink of an eye and every conflict gets magically resolved instantly. Will and Jameson also reminded me too much of Shaw and Elijah. I guess this series just doesn't gel with me.

Awkward is the way to go!

Quirky, cute, cocky, sweet - you name it and this book has it. I really love Jameson and Will and really enjoyed seeing more of the couples from book 1.

This was sweet. Jameson was pretty adorable; I especially liked the way he dressed. I liked that his being POC wasn’t written to be his defining characteristic or anything. You just caught on to the little hints sprinkled throughout for most of the book. He and Will were very cute together.

There were more layers to this, and while the author obviously tried to make it less picture-perfect in the end by writing that it was real life and not tied up with a neat little bow, I still think that things turned out a bit too fairytale-like towards the end. But I’m happy that they did get their HEA, so I didn’t mind all that much.

A cute romance that begins as a summer fling, gets steamy, complicated then wonderfully sweet. I really enjoyed the dynamic of these two characters, they played off each other well.

I loved this book. I am glad to see Will get his happy ending, and this author is incredibly skilled at telling stories in a compelling way. All the side characters are rich and full of life, giving the central couple lots of friends and family to offer support and the occasional hard time.

The sweetest

I loved watching these two beautiful people support each other, and grow together. I particularly loved how the inevitable tension breaking point wasn't about their relationship, but about something they could love and help each other through.
Beautiful.
