This was sweet. Jameson was pretty adorable; I especially liked the way he dressed. I liked that his being POC wasn’t written to be his defining characteristic or anything. You just caught on to the little hints sprinkled throughout for most of the book. He and Will were very cute together.
There were more layers to this, and while the author obviously tried to make it less picture-perfect in the end by writing that it was real life and not tied up with a neat little bow, I still think that things turned out a bit too fairytale-like towards the end. But I’m happy that they did get their HEA, so I didn’t mind all that much.
