Its no secret that i'm a fan of Catherine McKenzie so when I heard she had a new book coming out the beginning of June i knew i had to get my hands on a copy to read.
I'll Never Tell,  McKenzie's newest book did not dissappoint it had me hooked and interested in the story since page one.  The story takes place at a camp that was owned by the MacAllister family that a tragic event took place at. The 5 MacAllister siblings have all come back to the camp 20 years after the tragedy for a memorial of their parents and to decide as a family unit what will happen to the camp. First they need to determine what happened the night of the accident and who is to blame. As they are uncovering the pieces of that night twists and turns kepr poping up. It was a wild ride, i kept thinking i knew who the culprit was. However McKenzie had me again with an ending i didn't expect and a family creating a much bigger bond then when they first arrived back at camp Macaw.
This is definitely a book you'll want to add to your summer reading list!

I found this book really interesting regarding the history of the asylum.  Although i had a difficult time connecting with the characters and their need to go to such great lengths to keep the secret they were keeping.

Im a big fan of Peter Swanson and am so glad to say that Before She Knew Him did not dissappoint. If you are a psychological thriller fan and haven't read this one yet be sure to get your hands on a copy as its out now!

This book is told from multiple POV which i enjoy in a book. It was so unpredictable with several twists and turns that kept me wanting more. Once i was in the book i couldn't put it down because i needed to keep going to find out what was going on. The character development was amazing Swanson knows how to build intriguing characters with lots of layers thst add to the plot. Sawson then completely blew my mind with an ending i didn't see coming. Which in my opinion is the best kind of thriller.

This was definately a slow burn for me i found it a little predictable and had a hard time connecting with the characters however the presimse of the story was an interesting.

Blanche is the daughter of Chuck Varner the shooter of the Harlow Mall Mass shooting. Blanche had done everything to put Chuck and the shooting in her past. Until she finds out about the death of her mother, Crissy. Blanche knows this wasn't an accidental robbery shooting that it has something to do with her Father. Blanche then goes on to discover skiing with the police what actually happened to her mother.

I loved this book. It was so well written. I devoured this book in a day. Its told in 3 parts, present day with Alice and Beth, 9 years ago with Beth and present day again. The characters were really well devolped that really added to the plot. Its definitely a twisty thought provoking thriller. At one time i thought i had the story figured out but i didn't see the ending coming. The First Mistake follows Alice and Beth best friends. Alice a married mother of 2 daughters. Beth a single mother. Alice works as a business woman at a business she created with her first husband who tragically died on vacation. Alice thinks she is finally healing 10 years later and is ready to make big advances with her new husband by buying property to develop in Japan. Weird things start to happen and Alice begins to question everything to do with her relationship with Nathan. Then twist after twist loads of drama, jealousy and suspicion arise. Is Beth really her friend? Who is her husband excately? Is this Japan investment worth it?

Wow i got sucked right into this story. I loved the characters, the plot, the suspense, the weird muliple point of view of the mystery watcher i found really added to my love of the story. I also enjoyed how social media played a big part in the storyline because it is so relevant in our everyday lives. It really reminds me that people are overly trusting about what they share on social media. This was my first book by Annabel Kantaria that ive read but I'll definitely be checking get others out.

I Know you is a story about love, trust, friendship, betrayal and lies. Taylor and Jake married with a baby on the way move from the US to the UK for Jakes work. However he travels a lot and Taylor finds herself lonely and wanting to meet friends. Taylor joins a walking club and a neighbor book club. You think that would be safe, But can you ever really be sure. Taylor really starts to bud her friendship with Anna, also new to town and pregnant. Weird things start happening to Anna and she suspects the creepy guy from walking group is the one behind it. Taylor finally gives birth and her new best friend Anna is there for her every step of the way. Anna thinks Taylor might have post partum depression and suggests they take a trip to the states to visit her parents and get some extra assistance because Jake has gone back to work. This is where the story gets intense and unable to put down. Taylor goes to the bathroom before the flight and when she comes out her new baby and best friend are missing. Will Taylor discover what happened to her baby is her husband who he desired he is. You really need to read this one to find out what happens in this crazy twist of an ending.

This book was so strangely weird. It was full of marriage problems, betrayal, abuse, cults, lying and deceiving. Was definitely a hurricane of a ride.

The Harmony Resort where the story takes place is a resort couples visit to help restore their marriages in the Mayan Riviera. Miles and Grace the resort owners may look like the ultimate couple but every couple has their secrets. As the story evolves and focuses on two main other couples the story gets lots of twists and turns. Then a threatening hurricane is due to arrive that may just destroy everything. Will anyone make it out alive and at what costs?
