Another fun read by KJ Charles. I loved this one particularly because it included a rich back story with Sir Phillip and his "Murder"-ous friends. It felt like there was such depth and breadth that wasn't explored (simply because there wasn't time) but I would love to see the other two of the 4-sided triangle get their own books eventually.

An interesting beginning to her latest duology. Much like her previous books had a very Celtic feel, this has a very WWII English feel to the story. I could almost picture the city looking like a slightly different version of London in my mind when I was reading it. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around the love story and how it evolved so quickly, but that's war-time stories for you, Always on an expedited timeline. I'm interested to see how it resolves in the second book once my turn comes up in Libby.

Loved this sequel! Emily comes more into her own than in the first book. I can't wait to see how she and Wendell tackle his realm in the next book.

Another hit for Ali Hazelwood. I loved this supernatural yet still super-nerdy take on romance. It was hard to know who to trust but still entertaining. I really hope that she writes more in this universe, especially about Serena.

A historical-ish retelling of Rapunzel from Mother Gothel's perspective. I really liked the historical aspect of the story woven in with the magical. There were things I didn't appreciate about learning about The Circle and Hedda's history.

I liked this book so much until the end! After the truth about Lillian comes out and the lies are revealed Mika just takes everyone back! It was so frustrating. I get that part of it was to protect the kids since they did nothing wrong but come on!
