This was cute but it got annoying with them not speaking. Also I cringed at Alexa thinking she wasn't good enough for Drew because she was a "regular" black girl. It was cute tho.

I really enjoyed this. Lucy and Josh were a trip! I loved their hate relationship in the beginning. Baby they were lighting each other up. I knew when they finally got it on that it would be amazing with all the buildup and it was. The only part I didn't like was Lucy reading Josh's daddy for filth. Josh is a grown azz man, he should have been able to put his daddy in his place. That was a turn off. Other than that I loved every minute of this listen. I hope there is a sequel.

This was a good listen. She talked about so many different things but the one thing that stands out is her relationship with her father. That was heartbreaking to listen to her talk about because the emotions were still there for her. I love her mom, she sounds very supportive. I could relate to a lot of things Akilah talked about in regards to racism in school.

This was cute like her. When she said she cries at things that remind her of her childhood even if they aren't sad, I felt that.

Larry David reading this on the audio format was genius and the music in the background took me out.

It was cool to read about how the GBK got started and see all the many ones that were drawn in the 1980s. As I flipped through I remember having a few of them.

This was a really good listen. It's hard for me to think Morris Day without thinking about Prince and it was interesting to hear how their relationship was. I knew at a few points it was strained and Morris details this. The ending is of course sad because of Prince's untimely death and what could have been as far as them collaborating again. The only thing I didn't like was that Morris didn't narrate the audio.

Pleasantly surprised by how good this was and how open Jessica was. She spilled a lot of tea about what went down with her marriage to her and Nick and the relationship she was in with John Mayer. There were a lot of sad moments and if you listen to her voice while talking about them and don't cry, you have no soul. This really made me like Jessica even more.

This was really good. I always liked Tommy from his time on In Living Color. He definitely spills some behind the scenes tea from the show. It was interesting to hear about his upbringing and how his drug addiction. Despite it all he is still with us and still making many laugh. I love to see it!
