I think in my adult life, this my first poetry book I have read. That been said, I quite enjoyed the poems, some really touched me and made me tear up. Some were straightforward on what the author wanted to point. For me this was a solid first poetry so I'm proud to branch out of my comfort zone.

I don't know if i love it or hate it. It has hard to follow, like I think I know the plot but as it's basic form. it felt rushed at the end, like so much happened. I really don't know what to think about it.

A very cozy fantasy with romance. Low stakes, it had their funny moments. I enjoyed but it didn't wow me, just a fun read.
The only thing I felt out of the story its the sex scene.
The book it's pretty wholesome and that part feels like it doesn't belong to this book. It's very explicit with how the book presents itself.

This was all vibes! I listened it and it had so much sound production that it really takes you to medieval times. It was a quite short, the plot was simple so even though I didn't pay that much attention I could easily follow the plot. at the end had two other stories and for them I really didn't pay attention so I don't remember them, than the main story. If you want to feel you are in Skyrim or Castlevania please I recommend to listen to it. it will transport you!

Not a book that I would've read on my own but quite enjoyed it nonetheless. For the reason the MC was young I couldn't connect fully cause I'm pretty sure I'm too old for the book. I didn't really care about the romance between Olly and Maddy. But I was fixated with the mother and daughter relationship. And to ununderstand that your children are a separate human and they need to live their lives. And I quite enjoyed that part of the book.

For me one of the scariest Stephen King I have read. The antagonist it's so well developed, and has so much layer on her character. Like you hate her, understand her, scared of her and including a little pity. And how Paul it's just there, it so crude and real like I saw him and it was hard to see the estate that he was in. It has the charm of 80s slasher movies a little. The only thing that kept me to give five stars for me, was some baseball reference that took me out of the story and the retelling of the novel he was writing. Honestly I find Paul's novel a little boring hahaha... Other than that amazing

So wholesome all the way! I really dont have too much to say except, I wanted more from the other characters. More page time with some of them would have been amazing. Thimble stole my heart!

It made me cry a few times! We as women feel a lot of frustration in our day to day lives and this book really expressed really well. The only thing that didn't make me rate it a 5 stars was that the author wrote tangents. Like in one part we are in the scene and the MC goes into a tangent and I felt confused and lost in the plot, and took me a while to comeback at what was happening in the scene. Other than that, I loved it!

"Tender is the Flesh" I felt disgusted by this book. But I still wanted more world building, like the author just wanted to show me how things worked in different settings, and not more of why and how things got decided. I think the topic about grief it felt, for me, very superficial, like the MC just tells me his grieving but that's it. The only characters that felt believable was Marcos, Cecilia, the nurse Nelida and the secretary Mari. The rest were very cartoonist. Like villains from cartoon shows. and some didn't have to be that excelled every time the author mentions their full name everytime, that was frustrating. The other thing was that some chapters were for shock value, example the puppies scene. at the end, I was mad but not because I hate the ending like iit's not a bad ending, it's more i was rooting for Marcos and I got slapped in the face. This books shows you how mean, evil, hypocrite, selfish people can be at their core. And thats why I enjoyed it.

Took me a long time to finish it this one. I really liked it. I was always so surprised by every twist I read, like I didn't know where the plot was going. That being said, I felt that some things fell short in this 600 page Novel. First, Julian needs it to be flesh out more, might spoil,
what do you mean that in the end Richard loved this man like the father he didn't actually have? I understood Henry cause it was stated a few times that they meet quite frequently, but Richard? I would have preferred then more interactions with Julian so this fatherly love wouldn't be out of nowhere. The same thing happened with Henry and Camilla. I felt I didn't receive more hints that they were together, only at the end. I know it's like a big thing, but for me, it was out of the blue.
Henry for me was a very confusing character, cause you are watching how he felt empowered by the things he did but at the end, saying he wanted to live, makes wonder more of him, you know? For me, Richard, comparing it with Nick from The Great Gatsby, he was more real. The same reason both wanted to belong in a more elite group, I felt that Richard had more personality. Like, he had problems of his own, and the people pleaser in him what's the reason he got stuck with them. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this book. And I must reread in some other time.
