I really enjoyed this book. the only thing that I can say it's that she could have sig deeper on the beats, but I feel that's pretty consiced so if you're confused you don't have spend time looking for the explanation, it's already there. The other thing is some Save a Cat genres are too weak and she needs alot of examples just to give a point a cross. And without it, the genres wouldn't have nothing to say. Otherwise, it was very insightful and makes me keep reading more about the ssubject. Great for starting out.

I really love this book! It touched really life topics with a monsters them over it. For me it's not a horror story, even though horrible things happens. This book ttalks about loss, new beginnings and acceptance. The only thing that took me out of the story was their sex scenes. They are not romanticize. They are very raw and intimate, so beware of that.

For sure this was a mood read, and it didn't disappoint. The only thing that really got to me, that almost finishing the book, it got slow pretty badly. When almost 65% of the book was fast paced. But the end was brutal really. Very fun read

I almost DNF this one. What a let down. For me this book it's very overhyped, because I was bored mostly all the book until like chapter 7.  I didnt care for anyone. Nick is a bland piece of bread, Jordan didn't do much. Tom is just your avaverage sexist, misogynistic and homophobic men, and I know that his written with the time but still. Daisy its a spoiled brat, that doesn't get herself accountable. And Gatsby its an absolute idiot.
Might get spoilerly but, like you are gonna tell me, you spent five years of your life to build up a reputation just for a brat.

I think I'm too late to had read this book, cause even though I was mindful on the time it was published, still it was mid.

I enjoyed the book but it didn't wow me.
The villain chapters for me are so cringe, and took me out of the story. Meanwhile I saw the twist miles away, except the thing with her dead husband.
I felt that the author wanted a plot twist cause it was obvious that the professor didn't do it. the other thing was on how it was divided, hate how many parts it had. for me was unnecessary.

This book! It made me feel scared and sad. Not much books make me feel things, so i was surprised this book. And it's still in my mind. Imagine I reread it just because I need it to my husband to know about the story.

My first Classic! What an experience really. I loved the old English prose, and how do I see elements of this story on the next generations of books. However I didn't give 5 stars because of few things. First was that I wish that the story had gone deeper with the things Dorian had done. The passing of time, wasnt executed well, it didn't flow. Thirdly, I felt that I wanted more of the book, and I think that was because of the overhyped this book is on the internet. After all, I love the book!

I don't know if I was the audience for this book. I don't know... I felt that I was and idiot cause I didn't get it. I know that this book is about existentialism but I don't know if the message was for me or for the character. I just think I need someone to explain me 😅

I was hesitant to give it 4 stars. I was really  biased because I watched the movie first and find it very pretentious. When the book started I was convinced that I wouldn't like it. But that ending though! It turned things around and the whole book just clicked into place.

If you're like character centered stories, tou should pick up this one.

I'm in shock how this book is. Im in love of the prose and how the narrator describes such things in great detail. It made me reflect on how grateful I should be for the ordinary and mundane things in life, to be more observer of the details of life. I'm thankful that I decided to read this piece of gem.
