I read this years ago & there is still one scene that has stuck with me. It is creepy & the horror at times is overwhelming. However, it is dense & very slow at times. It is great at showing the breakdown of people in a bad situation. By the end, I really only liked one or two people.

Overall, ok. The characters are fine. The main twist you can get from the start. By no means is it bad. I feel like I have read this story a dozen times.

I picked this book up because there was so much negativity surrounding it & I wanted to see for myself. It isn't the best book written, but it is fun. The characters weren't distinct at first but as I got into it, they became more distinct. Books like this are great for when I need something light & easy.
