MAJOR SPOILER UPCOMING
This hurt me so much. It's basically everything I've been saying about Tony from the start. He thought he was right, he fought for what he believed was right. He was trying to save the most lives he could, and he stuck to his convictions. But it didn't matter. No matter how hard he tried, it all went sideways anyway.
He did what Cap told him to, he stuck by what he believed was right, and he got destroyed because of it.

And in the end...

It wasn't worth it.

Al igual que con Civil War, tengo que procesar todo y formarme una opinión.

I finally read most of the Civil War stories, and this is by far the best. It is brilliantly planned out, and easily one of the most heartbreaking comics I've ever read. Bendis has such an incredible emotional awareness.

Very emotional at parts. Still more team Cap, but you can see where Tony is, and why he is driven to his beliefs.

Mixed bag. Parts were very good, parts not at all.

This one made up for a lot of the other things I didn't like about Civil War. Rubicon was fabulous- great story, good use of flashbacks, great art. The Confession was also excellent (if upsetting).

I still have exactly zero sympathy for Tony, but seeing his perspective on the whole war was interesting.
