Unlike Civil War: Captain America, Iron Man was great! It gave much more time to letting Iron Man voice some of his perspective and inner thoughts. It helped illuminate some of the internal questions and struggles Iron Man was having during this whole event.
Perhaps the best part of this volume are the beginning, where Cap and Iron Man have a heart to heart about the conflict, reflecting on past instances they came to blows, and the end, which has Iron Man reflecting on the event after "Winning."
A very strong entry in the Civil War Storyline, I think this is a must read to help give better perspective to both sides of the conflict.

Man, I was hoping to avoid that last bit until after Fallen Son. I forgot this was in it.

The central struggle in Marvel's "Civil War" between Iron Man (the right wing jack ass) and Captain America (personal liberty, that's part of who we are, I almost forgot) continues in this collection. While light on action the four issues included here frame the debate between two of Marvel's biggest heroes remarkably well.

Casualties of War & The Confession were (IMO) the most powerful issues of the entire Civil War arc.

This really fleshed this whole storyline out in this volume.

This entry in Civil War just reinforces the idea of a pro-registration Iron Man, occationally delving deeper into his motivations. The only shining moments are those with Spider-Man. The rest is just senseless repetition.
