I loved this book so much. From the fact that it’s about my favourite country in the world, Spain, where I fall in love and got my happy ending, to the writing/voices, characters and the love story.

I honestly just couldn’t get into the writing. Found the main character a little annoying and far to insecure. The dialogue between the fmc and Mmc was so boring and there wasn’t enough tension and angst between them.
Ah, I love me some great age gap romances. Something about an older man is sexy, especially when it's written well. I actually enjoyed this one since it was reasonable. River wasn't a stereotypical heroine. She was young, but didn't necessarily act that way. The only reason this isn't five stars is because the last fifteen percent was very 'eh'. The issue with her mom and the 'fight' with her dad was boring.

Loved it! I wanted just a tad more heat when they did finally get together that first time. Don't get me wrong, this slow burn was hot and full of angst just like I love though. Loved the side characters and dynamics between them all.

Something about forbidden romances draws me in and consumes me.
River and Grayson did that. Slow-burn, steamy, emotional, heartwrenching, and beautiful.
Loved book 2 even more than book 1. Listened to thw audiobook version and found it quite enjoyable. I liked the forbidden romance story line of this one and how it all worked out in the end. This story is a good reminder of how sometimes what seemed like a small thing to someone can be life changing for another. Characters had great chemistry and was a fantastic listen.
