Solid conclusion. I wish I had read all five books in succession, but this volume did a good job of catching me up to speed.

OH THANK GOODNESS IT'S FINALLY DONE.

I've been reading this series out of pure spite at this point. It has so much going on and doesn't seem able to keep track of it all. I don't know, the whole thing feels like a fever dream.

This whole series is excellent. The art is great, the story is dynamic and adventurous, the friendships at its core are stellar, and the political themes are done so well, especially the way media and news broadcasting are used.

This final book did feel a little rushed and the transitions were often nonexistent, but the series as a whole is top-notch. For any adults reading this on their own, I will say that it oversimplifies a lot of the themes in a way that lacks depth but it’s meant for kids, so that didn’t bother me.

My daughter and I have greatly enjoyed reading and discussing this series as it has unfolded. Great characters and world building. Engaging artwork (color coded by world which I LOVE!)

I highly recommend to others who have kiddos who enjoy Fantasy-Action Graphic Novels.
