This book. OMG. This book. The story, the characters, THE SPICE!! Holy cow. So, so good.
This is the second book in the Moore Men series and although I LOVED Finn and Ash, Hollis and Ford are IT for me.

Ford is the older, quiet, soon to be divorced and Captain of the firehouse. He struggles to let people in outside of his small circle.

Hollis is the fun loving, hook ups with no strings attached, younger brother of Finn and best friend of Remi, the lieutenant of the firehouse. Hollis has had eyes for Ford for years, but wouldn't go for him for many reasons.

The two match on a dating app, but Ford knows it's Hollis from the start. The text banter, the development of the relationship and the magnetism that these two share is off the charts. As they build their relationship, they overcome the obstacles in their way, a lot of that having to do with Hollis and his nonchalant attitude.

These two have banter and fun and DIRTY MOUTHS, as well as a few serious conversations and situations. it's such a good read. I highly recommend it.

"Who knew being in love could be so warm and fuzzy?"

And then there was the little brother.. Hollis Moore.
What a handful he was but a fun one. We get more of him & Remi but mostly we get to see the playboy of the town get locked down.
I was blindsided a bit by this one but not in a bad way. I enjoyed my time back with this family.
Hollis is the complete opposite to his brother and even his dad, he is the sunshine to their gray cloud for sure. That makes him just what his best friends boss needs in his life.
Ford was the unexpected factor here, it went somewhere I was completely not expecting but I enjoyed it. Freshly divorced and new to the world of dating apps, he gets the ultimate experience when he matches with someone he never seen coming.
Ford & Hollis were the perfect balance for each other. Shy, reserved and loud, extrovert always ends up being the ultimate pairing.

Getting to see Daddy Fin and Mommy Ash made me so giddy and also Gentry and Remis teasing or I should say Remi teasing Gentry will never get old and I cannot wait for Gentrys book.
Definitely was a fun time going back to the ranch.

ARC Review for Hollis!

A book where one of the MCs who is a Ranch Owner watches The Real Housewives and likes sheet masks to decompress?! I die Hollis is book two in The Moore Men by @authorashleyjames and it was perfection! The slow burn from passion to LOVE was amazing and the twist in the last part had me on pins and needles!

I had so much fun seeing Ford and Hollis finding and falling for each other.

Ford has just ended his marriage of 23 years. His husband wasn’t the nicest man and it hurts to read that someone could treat Ford in a bad way when he is the loveliest man.

Hollis is such a sweet thing with golden retriever energy and a bratty side. We get to see his hidden sweet side as well and it made me so happy.

These two are what the other needs without realizing it. Love this series and can't wait for the next book!

Hollis is such a great story. It was very sweet and very steamy. The draw between Hollis and Ford was undeniable. I loved the reveal of who Hollis' mystery man really was. I wish we could have seen a bit more time spent with Finn and Ash because I love those two. That is the only real downside.
