How can changes as small as a habit be influential in helping you to become the type of person you want to be in the future? This book was a great reminder how impactful minute changes, repeated regularly, can make for a brighter future. Start small, one minute per day, and see where you can get. The inverse is also attributable to stopping bad habits.
