E continua a história mais que típica.

Sooooo I read the first book and it was so bad it was good...you know like, in campy movie (Mommie Dearest) kind of way...
But this second book went beyond all foolishness that I could stand. Hardin is literately a sociopath & narcissistic. The whole Natalie thing just made me sick and I had to put the book down. Tessa is a dumbass. No self-respecting woman would accept a boyfriend who pulled such antics, especially considering what happened to his own mom. She’s a punching bag and deserves all hell that comes to her from her silly choices. Hardin can die.

This book picks up after Tessa finding out about Hardins secret, Tessa goes on with her life and takes an intership doing what she loves. Hardin is dealing with the absence of Tessa and its definitely getting to him. After Tessa has a night out she drunkily calls Hardin and they end up sleeping together. Tessa sets out to look for her father who left when she was younger. Hardin helps Tessa find her father. Hardin's mother comes to visit and eventually befriends Tessa. This book mostly focuses oh Hardin and why hes the way he is and by the end of the book you'll have a very different outlook on Hardin.
Admittedly, this is probably my favorite book of the After series!
Wow, I didn’t think that it could be any better than the first one but it was just as good! I couldn’t stop reading!
So much happened in this book, the storyline was incredible, the characters went through so much.
Hardin and Tessa were so back and forth, it was confusing at times. But when they were on, well the scenes were definitely steamy!
Zed definitely started to annoy me in this book a lot, like just leave them alone, don’t keep getting involved.
Tessa actually did start to annoy me too a bit, she started pulling the I’m perfect card but was actually not in this book at times! I’m surprised to feel that but I actually felt like Hardin was trying at times to be better!
The ending was quite a surprise, didn’t expect that to happen but it definitely sets things up for the next book!
Overall, a great book that definitely leaves you wanting to read more and I’m actually really loving reading an e-book too!
