I loved this book.  
The way it is written worked really great as well. I would've liked to read more about Fochs' childhood, however the plot in itself is interesting and does speak quite well about reality as well.

I don’t know what to rate it. Very disturbing, intentionally so, but doesn’t cheapen the subject of trauma for shock value.
