The first two book I loved Penryn. She was strong, smart, and an amazing protagonist. In this book however, she turned into a lovestruck idiot. Susan Ee did not handle this romance well even though she handled it excellently in the first two. I don't really know what happened here but I hated it. The scene that really got me was the boob scene. That's sexual assault and it might just be me but I feel like that was not something Penryn would do. I don't know, this book was ruined by a shitty romance.
Underwhelming still lacking in chemistry and frankly failing to build upon the emotions and dialogue that had been set up and quite frustrating as a series end.
I can appreciate a story where there isn’t a neat wrap up and the end is messy and incomplete but this felt hasty and careless. There were still a lot of loose ends. I also found the resolution with the angels to be completely unsatisfying. I can’t help but feel like I’m missing a lot of what people love about these books and feel lost!

An amazing ending to a fantastic trilogy. I loved every word. Ii only wish the series didn't have to end. Penryn will go down as one of my literary heroes.

I REALLY LIKE THIS BOOK !! I loved all the characters in this book and I am glade Penryn's sister fought as well as her mother I liked how they changed through out the series! I like the people from the camp like the twins Tweedledee and Tweedledum and Obi. .
I loved how they everything worked out in the end for both Penryn and Raffe <3 although,. THAT SUCKED!! Although it was SWEET of him and somewhat expected because he does love her. I LOVED RAFFE AND PENRYN'S CHARACTERS ! ^.^
Overall I REALLY ENJOYED THIS SERIES AND THIS BOOK IT WAS AMAZING! :D Definitely recommend it! :D

Jag tyckte inte alls lika mycket om sista delen i serien som de första två. Jag vet inte om det beror på 1. Att jag före läst en av dem bästa böckerna någonsin 2. Att den också har änglatema 3. Att jag läste sista delen på engelska eller 4. Att allt började spåra ur totalt (vid ett tillfälle åker dom på ett svärd genom en demon ner till helvetet och jag ba wtf). Relationen mellan Penryn och Raffe känns... Ytlig? Upprepande? Liksom jaja vi fattar han är en plågad skitsnygg ängel och att ni inte kan vara tillsammans. Samtidigt gillade jag ju första skitmycket och jag vet inte hur annorlunda den var? Jag kanske har fått annan smak???
Oh how empty one feels after finishing a book. I would compare it to Raffe's wings coming off but more of the mental pain than the physical one. GHAKKLSJJLABSLÖGFOÖDSBDJUFBN. Like no. Susan Ee this cannot be the end of Penryn & the End of Days. I refuse to believe so. I'm on the verge of tears. This trilogy sure had me reading it non stop.
Please please please say there will be another trilogy but like the aftermath or something cause that sure as hell did not satisfy my need for Penryn and Raffe.
