Not many books shock me with the endings, I can usually figure them out. This one had twists I didn't see coming.

Awful writing, un-self-aware, with tackily gratuitous violence and misogyny.

Hate hate hate this book. Normally I would give books 1 star just for existing, but this book made me so angry, I’m giving it 0.25 out of spite. The main character (and therefore I’m assuming the author as well) is so misogynistic, constantly putting down women’s appearances and blaming them for the bad things that happen to them. The story isn’t that great either, and kind of confusing at times. I purchased this book, so I didn’t want to DNF. At this point I don’t know if I even want to donate the book because I don’t want anyone else to waste their time reading this book.

The story starts off with a missing girl and ends with an intense cliffhanger. The journey from A to B involves murder, abortion, broken relationships, and family trials. It is very gripping and keeps you interested along the way.

Easily the creepiest opening I've ever read. Lots of twists and turns. Ending is not predictable.

very run of the mill mystery and found myself skimming a lot to get to the point. I had high hopes but it never fully grabbed my attention
