3.5 stars. A good thriller but it started out a little too slow and was a bit confusing. As it finally got started and the story developed, it was very good. The twists and turns were exciting and the ending was a total stunner!

This is a little tough to review as there were good parts of the book, but then not good parts.

The good: there's an interesting storyline, the chapters are short which helps you move through quickly and want to just read one more chapter.

The bad: many characters are stereotypical and not very well developed. The ending I felt had a very lazy way of explaining to the reader what happened.

So...maybe not my number one recommendation, but I don't hate that I spent the time to read it.

While the crimes had me intrigued it had a lot of different events and crimes circulating. I was interested in why the girls were missing and how they were connected it lost ground for me with the religious stance and dealing with abortion and protesters etc. The evils if you will, it was slow in parts and struggled to keep my interest. It picked up at intervals, I often judge a book as whether I would read them again. This won't be on my re-read list.

This was such a good read. It was hard to put it down. ^^ I love the thriller aspect and the interlocking story lines and I just love Rath as a character. I'd love more of him and Rachel.

This is missing persons case, that rapidly transforms to probable serial killer/ murder mystery. It wasn't obvious or difficult to ascertain what was the link between the missing girls and I got it before it was spelt out, but that didn't make the plot or pace any less interesting.

There was twists and turns galore, some more obvious than others. Attempts to double bluff including misleading clues were occasionally successful and the twist at the end was a little flat but who else could it be.

Яка класна книга. Я не знаю, що писати про детективи, окрім того цікаво та ні. Ця книга цікава, особливо кінець. Багато подій, швидко все розвивається, важко відірватися і тут у кінці БУМ.
