Missed opportunity with the setting, feels like something a 15 year old boy created to sell to other 15 year old boys, and from how the author talks about the work, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

I enjoyed watching the anime adaptation so much that I started reading the manga, something I usually do when I get into the anime adaptation first before finding out about its source material. I'm looking forward to revisiting Kou and Nazuna's story all over again.
