I surprisingly enjoyed this. Kati Wilde doesn’t disappoint but I was enjoyed this tail. It had that hint of dark supernatural romance to it and I just ate it up. There were some grammar issues and sentence flow problems that took away from the story a bit.

A retelling of Beauty and the Beast that I found just okay. There’s no glaring wrongness to it: it’s not difficult to read and the flow is fine, but the plot is largely sacrificed to the spice. I don’t mind a good bit of spice, but if you’re looking for something that’s also story-heavy, this missed the mark for me.
The details of the curse and the time passed is a bit hazy, and the development of the relationship is a tad abrupt. Still, it’s not a bad read and a good one if you’re going for a pure smut angle!

The girls are writing Beauty & the Beast books? I'll be there on day one for each one! B&tB is my all time favourite story and retellings are probably my favourite thing EVER.

They could have just said what they wanted instead of having all this suffering. Also, I could have lived without the beast sex.
