What a perfect way to end such an amazing series. I've adored every single minute of the Geek Girl series, and I'm going to miss Harriet and the rest of Team JRNTH so, so much. I can't believe this was the last book, but it was definitely the best one!

What a great ending to a great series!
I enjoyed this series mainly because it wasn't too much geek, nor was it too much fashion.

I definitely need to reread this series, it had been so long since I'd read the others, yet I still managed to slip straight back into the story and connect with Harriet as if I'd read them all yesterday. I guessed that it wasn't Yuka that was ill and it was in fact Bunty quite early on, this was fairly predictable, but I had no idea how things would work out with Nick. Bunty's 'funeral' at the end was by far the best bit of the book; it was so eye-opening and Harriet's attitude towards her life and how other people should live theirs was so emotional. I can't deny that I was slightly disappointed that Harriet gave up her modelling career due to that being the whole theme the series is based off, but I suppose it made sense and symbolised a new beginning for her. I loved this book and thought it was an absolutely amazing way to end the series.
What an amazing conclusion to a fantastic series!
I was so excited to read this book, I legit binged it in 2.5 hours, as I have been following and reading this series for a couple of years now. I loved this conclusion and how faithful Smale was to her characters. The consistency with the personality and wit of her characters throughout the series is to be applauded.
Wonderful read that held my attention from start to finish.

Very fast read, satisfying yet sad ending. Lots of twists and turns, overall a great book.
This series has been with me for over three years
And the reason why it took me so long to finish it was because I didn't want the story to be over because this is one of my ALL TIME FAVOURITE BOOKS SERIES
I remember last year just before Head Over Heels came out and I had just won £50 in book vouchers so I went to this local shop and pre-ordered it. It came out a week or two later and I remember being really excited to get collect it but also really sad because I was moving house that day. I also remember reading most of it in the four hour car journey it took to get to my new house
The point is that this series has been with me for so long that it's hard to let go because I have so many memories attached to these books
So I'm going to quote the last few words because I don't know how to end this
"Then I put my pen away
Because these are my words, and this is my story
Now you get to choose yours"

Well what can I say? I honestly loved this series so much!! In year six, all my friends were reading these books and I always thought it wouldn't be that good but omg it was.
After the first book I literally fell in love with this series. Not going to lie, I have gotten some pretty weird looks when I've laughed out loud on a train or cried my eyes out whilst at school when reading these books!!
I love Harriet's character so freaking much, even though sometimes I wanted to throw my cat at her. Like I can relate to her because I'm always telling my friends and family random facts I've found (i definitely don't say as many as Harriet though) and I used to hate that I did it but now I love it after reading these books!!

I LOVED HIM SO MUCH!! He was so laid back and always said the right thing, I completely adored it when we got to see what he thought the first time he met Harriet in 'All That Glitters'. He was so good to Harriet and his family. Definitely one of my favourite characters!!
Wilbur is freaking hilarious too. His texts to Harriet literally were the best thing ever!! Like seriously him and bunty together is probably the greatest thing that had ever happened...
I can't say how quick I read these books (basically in one sitting) and how many times I've cried and laughed and stuff, the ending really got to me though, but the only annoying thing is is that we don't actually know if she ended up with Nick but she probably did.
Anyway, just wanted to share my thoughts because right now I'm an emotional wreck and it's like one in the morning and I don't know what to do right now, but I really recommend this to anybody and everybody who's a secret geek❤️
