6I really struggled with this one. Really really REALLY!! Not sure if it's my brain cells not firubg up but they refused to kick in....

I liked falcyn -a lit and Medea was a strong female lead to suit him. It's a shame their past has made them harden themselves to be so wary of each other but that could be said of everyone too...!

The son he was separated from feels only touched on so I see a book from there..! And obv all the connecting Charachters

What gave me a headache (literally) was all the names if the gods and semi gods, the sobs, adoptions, the not deni gods, the name changes.....🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
I'm ok with green history but when I'm thrown in a tumble dryer of names and faces.. !!!
I'm trying to read tgem in the Hunterverse way so it's a few of the series overlapping.
I gave to confess to liking night pleasure more so than dragonsworn but maybe that will get better ....!!

ETA -ajhhhhhh crap!!!! I read DRAGONSWORN instead of SWAN.. night be why it didn't makes much sense.....doh!!!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Dragons, Arcadians, legendary tapestry... Wonderful story.

I'm not sure where this falls in to the scheme of things. I think it's a Amazon special. I can't find it listed on her web page anywhere. It's a novelette and while I'm not usually into those I did enjoy this one. It must fall into the were-hunter series but it's certainly stands on it's own.

The biggest problem for me was the Katagaria prejudice. It drove me insane every time it came up in the story, because after having read all the other Were-Hunter books in the Dark-Hunter series, it's clear to me that Katagaria are better than Arcadians.

I did like Sebastian, though, despite the prejudice towards Katagaria. He was strong, honorable, funny, and loving. I love that he went to get the tapestry to save his brother even though Damos claimed to hate him, and I love how he continually protected Channon.

I liked Channon and thought she was intelligent, funny, and loving. I love how she protected Sebastian and his people in the end. I thought it was hilarious that she thought Damos was Katagaria and pulled a sword on him. I love how she mated Sebastian and it was awesome that she returned his powers with him being half-dead and unconscious.

It was interesting to see more of Damos, and I'm glad to finally get at least a little bit of an explanation about him because the other DH books don't. It would be awesome, too, if he got his own book soon.

I love books by Kenyon. However I found this book a bit of disappointment missing the humorous scenes that appear in her other books. I found it a bit more serious. A good book but do not think that I will read it again.
