Horrid writing quality. Didn’t even bother to spell Klingon correctly.

I was unsure when I started reading this book and was instantly thrown into a sexual attraction between Sebastian and Channon. I could feel myself inwardly groan thinking that this was going to be yet another bad smutty romance novel with no real storyline. But I was pleasantly surprised and ended up liking the book. Sebastian was yummy, although I found Channon to be a bit boring...it was worth reading about her to get some sexy Sebastian time in:) I felt the book was the perfect length and can't wait to read more of the series.

Sweet

Even though this was a short story, it was perfect. There was no need to drag it out. Straight and to the point with a love story, battle and redemption.

Again Kenyon gives us a damaged and tragic hero to love and Sebastian is no exception. He was brutally tricked by his enemies and it resulted in the worst consequences imaginable. Now he's been banished from his family and lives on his own in complete solitude. Channon was a great heroine too because she was willing to give up everything in order to be with Sebastian once she realizes they are mates.

We get plenty of information about the were-hunters and their history but I would have liked more about Sebastian's family. Granted he's banished so we don't get too much interaction with his brothers and this is less than 100 pages so you can only fit so much.

Good short read

It was a good short read that supplies a more in depth look into the were hunters beginning and history.

Dragonswan, book 3 of the Dark-Hunters & 0.5 of the Were-Hunters series, by Sherrilyn Kenyon (McQueen) @mysherrilyn. This is a reread of this series for me. Long overdue, at that! 😂 I am reading this series in the order from Sherrilyn’s website.

Channon & Sebastian. Just wow! Loved this novella. If you like MF, Shifter, PNR, time travel  & only 1 mate for the Dragon Shifter, then this is the book for you!
