Tengo que confesar que aunque amo a Sherrilyn Kenyon con mi vida pero el hecho de que todo haya sido tan rĂ¡pido me genera un poco de controversia y me impide amarla por completo.

This book is part of the In Other Worlds book, which is 3 novellas in one book.

My 2nd favorite out of the 3 books (I preferred Fire & Ice - mainly because I was working my way through the Born of series when I read the book). It was a very entertaining read, and a good prequel to the Dark Hunters series (which I've read before). The only reason I knocked it down a star is because I wish it was longer. Kenyon could have fleshed out the story a bit more and made it longer. But it was still a good read and a pretty d event palate cleanser.

I'm not a huge fan of short stories. I feel like everything happens too fast. but since I'm reading the entire series of dark hunters this was included.

A short but fun read. Sebastian finally finds his mate. Channon meets the perfect man but soon finds out he is more than she expects.

re-read 12/20/2013

I stumbled on this while browsing Overdrive last night. I've read this short story several times already, but it was available and I've been in a Kenyon mood lately. So I checked it out and read it this morning.

I'm not usually a big fan of short stories, but I really enjoy this one. Sebastian and Channon are a good couple. I wish Kenyon would write about more dragons . . . hopefully one of these days Maxis will get his story.

I'm not a big fan of short stories because they always feel like they're lacking something which is my biggest complaint about this story.
