So fun!

I didn't get through all the narrative threads, but I really enjoyed going back to the beginning and making different choices. Absolutely love that there's queer romance options as well.

This book was very creative and definitely an adventure! The best part was that if I finished one story, I could always go back and change my response to find out what could have been. Also, if I just wanted to be risky and try another route, then I could just take that route and see where it lead or who it lead me to.

The book was very cheesy and predictable, but I thoroughly enjoyed the hilarity of some of the word choices, situations, and of course the romantic moments. Almost died laughing over the scene where you just had a steamy moment with your love interest and then suddenly you're helping him birth a baby horse. Now that was hilarious and slightly gross when you're covered in birthing juices haha

The other part that I loved was that they added a few more love interests besides the original three that they mentioned when the book was being released. That just made it all the more exciting for me! I definitely will be rereading this if I need a good laugh and a smile.

Quickly and easy read with a fun concept! The writing wasn’t my favourite but I still had fun reading through a few timelines!

This book is quite unusual in that the book is structured in a "Choose Your Own Adventure" manner. You get to choose which adventure you would like to embark upon and which romance you would like to pursue. I was determined to experience every storyline, so I approached the book in a systematic way, keeping a record on my computer of each page that I have read. In the end, I got frustrated, since I couldn't find the missing storylines that I hadn't engaged in, so I just read the few pages that I hadn't read yet, even though they were out of order. I felt that I knew the characters and storylines enough to do so without losing any of the charm that the book may possess.

I only gave the book three stars because, although I loved the premise, the writing was not the best and was a bit repetitive regardless of what storyline you chose. That being said, I would like to iterate that the book's writing left a lot to be desired because it is meant to be a parody of those cheesy romance novels that are prevalent on many bookshelves. If you approach this book in that manner, then it is quite hilarious; I found myself laughing out loud several times. It also reads pretty quickly, so if you looking for a quick read, it may be just the thing to get your blood pumping!

This was a fun read, I ended up re-reading multiple times to explore many different endings. Witty, entertaining and light hearted, each story is short and sweet.

You need to come into this CYOA knowing that it is meant to be funny and awkward and not historically accurate. It is also not meant to be a fully developed romantic plot. The book is only 360 pages and with the many different paths you can take, each romantic interest ends up being an insta-love affair.

If you realize all these things at the beginning and approach it as a fun, easy read, you are in for a treat!
