spooky ghosts, very Halloween New England witchy core vibes, love the college setting and the magic houses/secret societies and the pretty compelling mysteries going on - it did drag at parts and sometimes we just weren’t given enough lore/information but it was generally fun with a badass main character and fun and interesting side characters - heavy TWs fyi

3.5⭐️ took a while to warm up to this one. The first half of the book was a lot of world building and a bit of a slog to read. It did become necessary info as I read on and the story picked up, I did end up enjoying it!
