I requested this book from the library on my eternal quest to find exercises/stretches that I can do without sweating too much on my lunch breaks, or throughout my work day, and because I have a lot of neck pain. I learned that before stretching, you should breathe and try to focus on the body part that is experiencing the most pain.

The book was very informative about what Quigong is. I found the detailed anatomical illustrations of the back and neck very helpful. It gave me the idea to try and isolate which neck muscles hurt more, and maybe I can find stretches specifically for them. It would be a great book for someone looking to learn a lot about the art of Quigong.

The exercises are towards the end of the book. The exercises are depicted by picture of the author, so it meets my standards for representation. I think the neck exercises are going to be really helpful.
