I enjoyed this and look forward to following the advice and trying to go more minimal with my running. A weird book though. Part instructional and part stories that are possibly padding out the book a bit. If you're just looking for a born to run sequel with cool stories then it's probably not for you though.

Skip the chapter on nutrition that focuses on advice from a chiropractor. Talk to a registered dietician instead.

While I don’t necessarily agree with everything that is proposed in this book, I really love seeing the insights and research behind it all. I’ve been incorporating some drills from the book in my training and I’m feeling better for it!
