I didn't think anything could top Beach Read for me (from Emily's Henry's collection), but this did! Maybe it's because I am in my Dean Winchester, eldest child who has been parentified, era. But whatever it is, I fell in love with Nora and Charlie, and even more in love with their love and honesty. Miscommunication trope, where? I am so thankful that trip wasn't included here. Onto the next!

I think it was maybe just a bit too cheesy for me. Maybe I’m bitter and lonely, but I kinda just felt like the tension fell flat… and then the cheesy one liners were too much. It was very Hallmark-movie-vibes, which was the point, but maybe just not what I needed right now… I don’t know.
