I think it was maybe just a bit too cheesy for me. Maybe I’m bitter and lonely, but I kinda just felt like the tension fell flat… and then the cheesy one liners were too much. It was very Hallmark-movie-vibes, which was the point, but maybe just not what I needed right now… I don’t know.
