A cute tale of sibling rivalry and pretend play that almost gets resolved in the end. It looks like this is going to be a series, so I'm sure that's why it is open-ended.

I did not like this book at all. I was expecting a cute fantasy story, but instead we got a story about a brother and sister behaving badly toward each other.

Will be curious to see how this reads aloud to kids. Lots of potential.

The Evil Princess and Brave Knight are at it again in this easy reader about their struggle to take turns. While I don't know if this book really offers any solutions, it is funny and has the cute illustrations that kids already love from the picture book and from Jennifer L. Holm and Matthew Holm's graphic novel offerings. Kids who are struggling to take turns may see themselves in this book and laugh along.

This book shows a brother and sister physically and emotionally harming each other without consequences, plays off bad behavior as normal and acceptable, and will make it even harder for families to deal with sibling rivalry in their homes. Also, it's not even funny, so I don't recommend it to grown-up siblings, either. This is a waste of paper, time, and money.
