Jack was too dominant for me, the heroine's sister was infuriating, as was the heroine's mother, and the heroine's boyfriend was just odd. (SPOILERS)
I found it really unbelievable that he told the heroine that they'd actually been in an open relationship this whole time, and, even though she didn't know that, she just goes along with it? WHAT?!?! Shouldn't she have at least questioned this? I felt, overall, that she needed more backbone. She stuck to her convictions as far as Luke was concerned, but wasn't very firm with her boyfriend, her family, or Jack. Ugh!

This is my first book from Lisa. I found this title in a list about nerdy characters and because of that I decided to give it a shot. This book was a nicer surprise there is just the right amount of drama. It’s definitely a quick reading and very entertaining. I liked it a lot, si much I’m thinking about reading the other ones in the series!

Oh this one was just so much fun and heart. I really liked Jack and Ella. Together they were lovely. And I LOVE seeing the previous couples come back.
I was so hoping that Ella was going to be able to keep and honestly the way it was done was so perfect.
