So this series is seeming to continue to drag on, and I'm hoping that it gets to wherever it's going, the climax or revealing the King or Arisa waking up, soon. Something to stop these constant, meaningless problems that keep coming up.
Almost all of this volumes focuses on the problems surrounding Shizuka. Tsubasa tries to make Shizuka happy and not focused on her revenge with Arisa. It doesn't really work, except that Tsubasa ends up getting hurt and Shizuka walks in order to get help. Although, I didn't really see the meaning in her walking? I guess it was supposed to be momentous and whatever, but I just found it dumb, when she could have, much easier, used her wheelchair instead. It kind of makes a difference, as Shizuka is going to give the phones back, but instead the King sends her a message and changes her mind. And then Shizuka messes up the house and attacks her guardian. It pretty much brings everything back to how it was in the volume before this.
Shizuka is psychotic again and wishes Arisa out of this world. Manabe takes her phone, and Shizuka then finds out that Arisa is actually in a coma. Manabe then 'officially' teams up with Tsubasa to find the King again, even though I don't think he really turned against her since a few volumes ago (two, maybe?). But then the King decides to grant someone else's wish, where the person with the cellphones gets taken out. Shizuka freaks out, Manabe takes them, in order to throw them away I think, but ends up getting hit by a car instead. Shizuka, who feels terrible and is emotionally unstable, decides to move away. Tsubasa is upset, but I am glad.
Before she leaves, Shizuka gives Tsubasa a URL, the supposed secret that she knows about Arisa, which leads her to a chat room. Her and Manabe hack into it, and discover some chats between Arisa and the King, and it reveals how it all started. It's been inactive for a while, but when Tsubasa sends a message, the King responds. Also, I'm pretty sure that it's revealed in this volume that the King is Kudo?
At the end of the volume, there's an extra chapter. It's about Arisa and Tsubasa and how they reacted to their parents splitting up. Tsubasa reacts badly, while Arisa accepts it, but they're both hurt. They have a fight, and then make up and decide to send letters to each other everyday.
I'm hoping that, in the next volume, some more big things are revealed and the plot move forward some more. A lot would be nice, but I don't really believe it's going to. That's pretty much all I'm hoping for, actually. The series is just alright at this point, and I want it to get better, to move along already.

On the subject of the Arisa revelations this volume: I have faith, sisters forever, if Tsubasa believes she couldn't have been the horrible person Shizuka thinks she was I am riding that train with her. Who could possibly think otherwise after that side story? Adorable connected sisters, you can't tell me Arisa could have turned cruel without Tsabasa noticing.

Man, I was super invested in the redemption of Shizuka this volume. Do you know how upset I was when it seemed like King was going to succeed in turning her away from from Tsubasa? I shut the book so I could have a couple minutes to yell about how he is such a life ruiner, ugh, why won't you leave already douchebag.

Also Ando is mean with her cliffhangers. I need to know what's up with that chat room y'all. I need to know right now. 3.5 stars

Tsubasa kidnaps Shizuka to take her to an outdoor party, hoping that making new friends (Tsubasa's friends from her real school) will help her get over her desire to get revenge on Arisa. It works, at least for a short while.
SpoilerUnfortunately, the King tells Shizuka Tsubasa's secret, and Shizuka has a meltdown and uses all three of her phones to wish for Arisa (the real Arisa) to be erased from this world. However, instead of granting her wish, the King opts to grant the wish of the person with the fourth phone, that the King get rid of the person with the other three cellphones. Akira grabs the phones and gets hit by an ambulance. Shizuka decides to go to an orphanage to get away from the King and the temptation of King Time. Before she leaves, she gives Tsubasa the URL to a chat room showing a conversation between Arisa and someone named "K."
Then there's a long flashback to Arisa and Tsubasa's childhood, and an incident where Tsubasa tried to get her sister to run away with her after their parents decided to divorce.

My reaction to this series is just one long frustrated scream. Ando consistently overdoes it with the characters' craziness. It makes it difficult to believe the moment when they supposedly snap out of it, like here, when
SpoilerShizuka magically got over her murderous rage.

And the chat room convo just made me shake my head. In no way does it prove that Arisa was the King who got Shizuka bullied and injured. I can easily imagine a scenario where someone close to Arisa logged in under her name and had that convo with K. In fact, I strongly suspect that "K" is Rei Kudo and that "Arisa" is Midori. It's likely that Rei spoke to Midori thinking he was Arisa.

The flashback to Arisa and Tsubasa's childhood just proved that Tsubasa has never really taken the time to think things through. She somehow thought that 5000 yen (which currently works out to about 44 USD) would be more than enough for her and her sister to have fun for a day and then get themselves a hotel room for the night. Granted, she was a kid and probably had no idea how much things cost, but still. Even back then, Arisa was the one who took care of things when her sister's plans didn't pan out. That doesn't bode well for the rest of the series.
