While it was a fun return to the characters in the series, this one felt a bit repetitive and not the most compatible pair.

Sweet

3.5 stars. Pretty sweet love story. Very quick read, and a great set of diverse characters. I particularly love how this author showcases black joy- something that’s hard to come by in a typical romance novel.

Another absolutely delightful book by Jasmine Guillory! This one was a bit steamier and more romantically suspenseful at times and just as much a page-turner as the first two. I can’t wait to get the 4th book!

I Love Love

Jasmine is such a great writer and you just want everyone in her universe to be happy and in love.

I love how this third book connects the first two together. Even going back the start at Theo's birthday party.

Talking about feelings suck and I hate they have to get over the hump when they do clesy love each other.

Maddie and Theo might be favorite couple to ship.

Another good weekend read from Ms. Guillory. Standard girl meets boy, both immediately dislike each other but their chemistry is solid.
Maddie & Theo bring their angst about self-worth, work, love, friends, family into a sex only relationship and it eventually spills over into a very hot mess. I enjoyed it, good for a quick light read.

3.5 rated up because the couple communicate way better than the other two in the series.
