This is where the Wax/Wayne series really picks up in my opinion. While I still stand firm that the original Mistborn trilogy is better, this book makes me excited for the final book in this Era. Many of the characters that I had subpar opinions of in the previous books really have their time to shine, and because of that I feel that much more invested in the narrative that this series is trying to weave.
