Yumi Sakugawa is one of my teachers that I can learn and relearn and unlearn from over and over again. This is a beautiful book for those new to meditation, and for those who've had a practice for a long time. One that I'll have near me forever :)

A cute little introduction to all the ways one can meditate. The only issue with the book was there was no clear definition between sections and they bled into each other (2023 edition read).

Good reminders, even when you feel like you don’t have the space for them (because you actually do).

The drawings and the words are cute and simple yet so deep and meaningful. I am absolutely in love with every page of that heartwarming little book.
