This book was so cute I may faint or something! It was totally, totally adorable and I will blame this book for my now I-need-a-Grayson men standards.
What to do after a heart break?
Avery's life revolved around her best friend (and also crush) Aiden till he decides it's time to start doing things separated from each other... And gets a girlfriend. To get over it and the pain Aiden caused, Avery has the idea of using her broken heart for an experiment for the state science fair. But she'll need a partner for it! And who would have imagined that Grayson, Aiden's hot and so popular brother, would be the one to help her.

After "Aiden's Bomb", she's a real mess. She can't stop thinking about him and doesn't know how to get over it and live her own life. She, of course, is overly attached to her best friend and never imagined the possibility of being torn apart. Through the book, we can see how she evolves during each step of her grief. From co-dependant to a strong teen, Avery learns more than just a few things about life and herself with Grayson by her side.
Grayson
He's eatable. I mean, really, he is. Not only because he is so pretty but because he's adorable and cute and *insert anything sweet and cute you can think about here, even kitties*. Even though he was a heart breaker, Grayson easily falls in love with sweet, smart Avery and will do anything to help her feel better. Needless to say, I want a Grayson for myself. Santa, you just heard me, okay? Okay.
Overall
You'll get the need of punch Aiden and his stupid girlfriend. You're gonna puke rainbows with Grayson (half of the chapters overall are written on his PoV, yay! He's a cutiepie). You're gonna adore the tension (ejem) between Libby and Owen (you go girl, you go!). It's a light and easy read, entertaining, fun and sweet. If you're in for some romance and funny moments, go for it!

This book over all teetered between a three and a four, but I take my fours pretty seriously so I had to keep it at a three. This book was such a feel good novel. To be honest, there is nothing amazing but it in fact a lot of it was lack luster. However this book got away with a lot (and there is a high chance that's due to sleep deprivation since I was reading this book at one in the morning). The writing and diction in itself was just not good. It was really simple (and not in a good way). The character development was minimal even though the main character went through changes because the author told rather than showed it was hard to see the changes as the story progressed. I did however love the plot, it was super cheasey and such a girly chick flick-ish book but for some reason, I loved just about every moment of it

I love Kelly Oram I really do! Her books are always so fun and light and make me laugh. Not only that, but they are super cheap!!!! (Which is always a good thing!) Anyways I loved this book!

I really don't have too much to say about this book other than I LOVED IT!!! I read this right when I was in the middle of studying for a huge exam (Yes, I know I shouldn't have done that, but I needed a break) and this book was just what I needed to improve my week. Not only did I love Avery and her innocence but I adored Grayson. He was just really funny. I loved the Science aspect and how the Science Club was taking Grayson under their wing in the attempt to help him learn physics! I loved their nerdiness!!! Okay in all I loved EVERYTHING about this book and I really can't wait to read more by Kelly Oram. **Cough, More than Jamie Baker needs to come out sooner, Cough***

It's just adorable and lighthearted. I loved reading this book to get my mind off of school and the characters are just fun. Avery was perfectly nerdy and Grayson was surprisingly sweet. If you want a cute, fluffy contempory this book will meet Avery one of your expectations. It was just a Newton of fun to read.
