Aurora is a psychologist, who is black and white and who also thinks she is going insane because she is seeing things that she thinks are not real.

I love how M.J Marstens has weaved this story and the characters, they flow together quite well and it keeps you wanting more. I can't wait to read more from this author.

Loved everything about this book! It’s a stand-alone and quick read, but I think that’s what I most loved about it. If you’ve ever read an MJ Marstens rom com, you know you’re in for a lot of laughs and Aurora more than lives up to the standards I’ve come to expect when I pick up a Marstens read. So if you’re looking for a short & sweet book that’s FILLED with laughs, pick up Aurora NOW!!

I was rather excited that Marstens would have a story within this world because her working is fantastic. In a completely unsurprising turn, Marstens makes me laugh! Aurora is a laugh out loud kind of story with some hot guys and a relatable heroine. I loved it!

Great story and funny as turducken (all part of the story). Aurora is smart and beautiful but she hates the cold. Silver Springs seems to have extra cold weather. Most would think it was magical but not Aurora. She has popped up in a few of the previous books but now we get to find out who she is. The story is beyond funny and loves to throw twists. Very romantic with a mild steam level. Love Aurora and her men.

This was such a fun one! Aurora travels to Silver Springs believing it is some kind of cult, due to the strange happenings in this town, and is supposed to report back to a colleague. Of course, that's not what is happening, but it's a hilarious ride seeing her discover the town's secret.

I enjoyed the small glimpse of her in an earlier book, and was so excited to finally read this one. She is a very serious person, dealing with things that make absolutely no logical sense to her, and it was just such fun to read. I loved that so many other people from the Silver Springs universe made appearances in this one, too. A great addition to the series!

Aurora is a psychologist sent by her mento to investigate Silver Springs. They both think that the city belongs to a cult, and they want to find the ringleader. But what Aurora doesn't expect is for 3 objects that she bought at the gas station to turn into shifters who also happen to be her mates. Aurora doesn't trust them nor the magic that pulled them together, but she needs to open her mind if she wants the happy-ever-after that she had always dreamed.

This was another cute stories in the Silver Springs world. I really liked how Aurora tried to find a logical explanation about what was going on and how it was possible to fall in love at first sight. Chapter 16 is my favourite. I don't know why but I laughed way too much when I read it.
The only downside is that what happens with her mentor at the end of the book happens too fast. It would have been nicer if it was developed a little bit more.

I was kindly provided with an ARC by the author, but I'm leaving a voluntary and honest review.

It's so weird to realize that this is already the pre-last book in this season! In the beginning 15 books sounded like so many and now I feel like it was not enough. Silver Springs has been my home during this endless lockdown. It's a place where everything is possible, where weird things are the norm and where everyone gets loads and loads of love. I'm therefore quite thankful that I've been given arcs of these books and didn't have to wait for release day!

And this book was certainly among my favorites of this season! And that's mostly because Aurora and I really had a click. Although Aurora's personality was slightly more extreme than mine, we have a lot of traits in common. We're both intelligent people, trying to come up with scientific reasonable explanations for weird and strange things. We're both curious. We're both not too great at making friends and we both lack relationship experience.

Therefore I've been giggling quite a lot while reading this story. Dropping a scientific person into Silver Springs, save heaven for supernaturals, was just as hilarious as I had imagined it to be. Watching her struggle with all her observations, with the weird comments, with all the girls dating multiple men and with the concept of destined mates was just hilarious. Because trust me, although I'd wish I'd react better to this world, I'm entirely sure I wouldn't.

I also really loved Aurora's mates. Mostly because they were really straight forward when it came to telling her about this special connection. Just like they were very happy to tell Aurora everything about themselves she needed to know before deciding if she would really be okay with sharing her entire life with them. It therefore felt like, even though they were destined mates, everyone was really working for this relationship. And that's just how I like my romances!

MJ is a littery God with all her work and this book was no exception.
Aurora is utterly one of the funniest charters in the silver springs world but then again MJ does only write the best characters, she is Funny as anything but also exceptionally kind but I love how she reluctant to believe in the supernatural due to being a DR she believes in the scientific of course.
This book fits in beautifully with the rest of the world and I really hope to see more of these guys sometime soon.
