Content the same kind of thing i could find on an instagram or twitter page with it just being a collection of shorter bits but i did resonate and put more thought into the topics it brings up when reading of paper than a phone screen. Nothing special or mindboggling but enjoyed nonetheless 

Sounds a lot like David Lynch's "Catching the Big Fish," which makes sense given that both of them are involved in the TM movement. It's not meant to be read in one sitting, which I regret doing. I kind of get the hate for the book - I expected it would venture into the creative process of music production but it reads like a long self-help Twitter thread instead. I still liked it. It's very sincere.
