Cecily Mary Barker’s collection of nature inspired poems is downright darling. I read it with my grandma growing up and this month I’ve read it with my kids. They’ve been more excited about it than I anticipated, which has absolutely melted my heart!

Very pretty illustrations, and a good mix of both boy and girl fairies to describe the wide range of flowers out there in nature, make this a good pick for any poetry or flower enthusiast. Not great, but good.
