The first 42 pages were a little hard to get through at first, but I am enjoying the storyline of Vlad’s 11th grade year. The more I read about Vlad and Snow’s interactions the more I like Snow over Meredith. Snow knows that Vlad is a vampire and still likes him. Meredith doesn’t know and Vlad doesn’t want to tell her because he doesn’t think she can handle it. In my opinion:
Snow: 2
Meredith: 0
Again I say that I like Snow SO much better than Meredith and at this point nothing is probably going to change my opinion. Vlad told Meredith his most guarded secret and she slapped him. Snow found out through a bite and becoming his drudge, but still likes him and accepts him. After 38 chapters…I’m at a loss for words on how I’m supposed to feel.

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?! I ... I don't know honestly. I can't comprehend what's happening right now. That ending is just everything.

Really enjoying this easy to read series...I'm listening to it and love all of the voices. I'm loving the twist on the vampire legend and look forward to finishing the final book...

i thought this book was great i really liked that they took it from a half vampire made it a good read
