really enjoyed this book, it was hard to get into at first but once you get a handle on the world and language it flys by. i found the characters to be lovable but i found myself not caring about a lot of them, there are character deaths which are sad but necessary to the plot. i wish we got into the minds of the characters more, but im excited to finish this series with the sequel.

this book was a THRILL. despite the beginning being kind of difficult to get through with all the information dumped on you, the plot line is incredibly intriguing.

this was one that i couldn’t put down in the second half of the book, constantly on edge to see what move was gonna be made next. even more excited to start the sequel!
