listening to the audiobook is like listening to a more formal version of their podcast. Also!!! special cameo from Heather to give some parenting tips.

I chose the audiobook not only because I enjoy their podcast, but also Mero's sections are all written in all caps so ow my eyes. LOL.

YERRRRRRR

I haven't read much in humor and comedy, but I was surprised at how much I actually laughed to myself while reading this. If you're familiar with Mero you know he only ever TWEETS IN ALL CAPS and his writing is no different. I found it to be a clever way to read and hear both Desus and Mero's voices separately in text.

There were parts that just made me laugh out loud and other parts where I thought “this should not be in a book”.

I guess these guys have their own show or something? Came up on my radar and thought why not. Was kinda funny but I'm definitely not their demographic audience.

Funny! Listened on audio on a road trip with husband. We both enjoy Desus & Mero (remember when they were on Vice?) & so it was a good choice for the two of us

I listened to the audiobook for this one and it was exactly what I expected and what I was in the mood for. A quick listen, Desus & Mero offer some good tips, some *questionable* advice and quite a few for real laugh-out-loud moments. I definitely recommend the audiobook, as I'm not sure if reading the words on the page would have the same impact.

I am absolutely biased when it comes to this book, because I am already very fond of Desus & Mero.
I could read it hearing both of their voices so clearly. This could definitely have been a transcript from any episode of their podcast, but it was so charming, and I found myself literally laughing out loud so much people asked me what I was reading, so that's always a good sign.
