This one had my daughter and me both laughing. Just the right kind of humor for my geeky little seven year old and her equally geeky mom.

This review is based on an Advanced Reader's Copy that I recieved from the publisher.

I've been aware of, but have never read any of the books in the Dragonbreath series. I got this advanced copy and couldn't wait to read it, the cover itself is adorable, and the story seemed like it would be fun. This book completely exceeded my expectations.

The writing was smart, the humor was great and quick, the main characters were adorable, and the art was just right. I can't wait to read more books in this series, and I also can't wait to start book talking this book to younger patrons at my library.

This is a really cute kids' book about were-hot-dogs being served in a school cafeteria and infecting a lot of the kids—including Danny Dragonbreath's best friend Wendell—with lycanthropy. Danny and Wendell have to team up with the sentient potato salad from book one to defeat the were-wieners.

This is a really cute installment of the series, as I have come to expect from Ursula Vernon. The plot of this one was silly (also as expected) but completely fun. Such a fun series.

Curse of the Were-wiener by Ursula Vernon is the third of the Dragonbreath books. This time the entire adventure takes place in Danny's home town, so the bus doesn't feature. Instead, there's something amiss with the already dubious cafeteria lunches at school.
