This is definitly a 3.5 volume but it leans more towards the 4 simply because it is a good start and continuation from the secret wars mini series.

I read this for the 2017 Hugo nominations (nope) and for my Good Reads Reading Challenge "read a book with pictures". It's a generic female superhero comic. It didn't help that most of them were unknown to me.

I'm happy this series picked back up after Secret Wars, and love the assemblage of wonderful female superheroes. This is a great team of women, with complicated lives and backstories who are thrust together and learn to work as a team. This is one of my favorite on going team ups, and I will continue to pick it up in the future.

This would be three stars except for the two issues in the very back. I could not care less about an issue from the 60s, and I’ve already read the prequel volume, so that issue was boring too. I just want to read the current story at the current time!

This was just okay, and honestly, vol 0 was so much better. One thing that urks me is when comics companies reprint material, such as how in this volume part of volume 0 was in the back of this...sigh.

I liked the Volume 0 of A-Force (warzones), which was part of battleworld. Now battleworld is gone but someone of that world still exists or rather still remembers.

this book is about bringing women together who are not friendss (yet) to fight against a greater threat. yes this isn't a new story idea, but I still liked it. It's G. Willow Wilson, so you know you get diverse and interesting characters.

I admit, the solution and cliffhanger at the end was a bit too "easy" but all in all this book is a great set up and I'm eager to know where they will take this team.

A-Force, Re-Assemble!

I'm so excited to see what's in store for A-Force. I love the characters, Singularity is so cute and Carol and Jen are long time favourites. G. Willow Wilson is an incredible writer, and A-Force is no exception. The art from Molina is beautiful. I'm love the depictions of women as characters with agency not just objectified bodies. I can't wait for the next one.
