I was excited for this book but I found the pacing to be very back and forth and the characters were hard to follow

2⭐️ | The reason this book is only two stars is because it was very very slow. Majority of the book is spent in the past and I just wanted to know the present. However, all the past information was very much needed in order to get the end result of the book.
